Ingredients: A bunch of carrots 1 onion 1 tbsp of unsalted butter chicken stock Additional flavouring: CrystalSeaSG White Anchovy Powder, Black Pepper, Salt, Garlic Powder, Chilli Powder 1. Melt butter in pot 2. Add in onions and carrot and some water + chicken stock. Bring it to a boil and simmer for around 15mins-20mins until carrots and onions are soft 3. Transfer into a blender or use handheld blender to blend them up! 4.
