Should I start making rebounding dance videos?! I just got this exercise trampoline in the mail, and out of all the different things I’ve gotten from the TikTok shop for working out at home, it’s my favorite! I have a walking pad and a stepper, but I think we can all agree that jumping up and down on a trampoline is way more fun! Now, I will say that it took a while to put together, but luckily, I had my boyfriend to do that for me. Plus, I have a really nice setup with all my other workout gear in my living room so I can easily watch TV while I work out. It can hold up to 450 pounds, and I feel really safe on it. I was concerned I might hit the ceiling while working out inside, but I have 10-foot ceilings and I’m 5'9", and I wasn’t even close to hitting it, even when I really tried. I have bad knees and a sore back, and it doesn’t agitate them at all. It’s a nice low-impact workout that helps me stay consistent and keep moving, even when I don’t have time to go to the gym, which is really cool.
