i’m convinced this is what did it for me ! how to: go to the pull up bar and jump to the top (or get a bench to get up there if you can’t). HOLD at the top for as long as you possibly can, then lower yourself down slowly. do this atleast 6-8 times 3-4x a week, even on days that you aren’t training back ( u do NOT need to do this for 4 sets 8 reps, i personally feel like that’s unnecessary) #gym #pullup
