🥩 beef enoki rolls under 20 minutes👇🏼 🔖 save this and share with someone you want to make this with 😋 💫 INGREDIENTS -thinly sliced beef -enoki mushrooms -2 eggs -1/2 onion -salt & pepper, to taste -(optional) green onion for topping -(optional) sesame seeds for topping 💫 SAUCE -1/2 cup water -1 tsp dashi powder -2 tbsp soy sauce (we use low sodium) -1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce -1.5 tbsp mirin -black pepper, to taste 💫 RECIPE 1. thinly slice your onions 2. trim off the ends of enoki mushroom and separate into bundles 3. wrap a bundle of enoki with one sheet of sliced beef 4. repeat step 3 as many times as you want (depends how much you want to eat!) 5. mix all sauce ingredients listed above to make your sauce 6. crack & beat the eggs 7. add oil to pan. on medium heat, cook onion slices 8. when onions are translucent, arrange beef enoki rolls as evenly as possible on top of the onions (it’s ok if some overlap! also ok to lower the heat while you’re doing this) 9. pour sauce over enoki rolls 10. cover and let cook (until beef turns brown) 11. uncover and pour beaten eggs as evenly as possible over all of the rolls 12.
