Heres the full written recipe!Ingredients - 1 lb mozzarella cheese - cut into 12 slices 4 eggs 2 cups seasoned chicken fry 1 cup flour 3 tbsp Legiterally the best seasoning OR your favorite all purpose seasoning Oil to fry Asian zing sauce Garlic Parmesan sauce Buffalo sauce Set up your fry station in 3 shallow pans. One should contain flour, one with egg and one with chicken fry. Split your Legiterally the Best Seasoning between the three pans and mix together individually. Begin breading your mozzarella first in the flour, then dip into the egg and then the chicken fry. Repeat the process with the egg and chicken fry. Set on a sheet pan and freeze for one hour. Bring a deep pot filled halfway with oil to 350 degrees. Begin frying your cheesesticks until golden brown. About 2-3 minutes. Remove from oil and place on a wired rack.
