My baby has never slept through the night or for more than 4 hours at a time. It has been 10 months of no sleep for more than 2 hours at a time for me and I’m at the point where I’m exhausted. I don’t want to do any form of cry it out or sleep training but I want to help my baby sleep longer stretches.
