I saw these all over tiktok and really went back and forth for about a day before I gave in and got them and I'm really glad I did. I saw mixed reviews but decided to read up on what Methylfolate and Methyl b12 and also the company did for others. I also decided that it was reasonable enough of a price for me to take a chance at it. U know I've spent more money on bad food. As someone that has struggled with taking other medication for my symptoms due to the crash it gave, it was really a easy decision for me tbh.
