Spectators at SeaWorld in San Antonio, Texas, got a gross surprise after an orca defecated in a pool during a performance, then splashed the audience with the dirty water. Footage from Alex Bermudez shows the audience’s reaction as the killer whale poops, then returns to the same part of the pool to splash the spectators. Bermudez told Storyful that his kids wanted to sit in the splash zone, but didn’t know what was to come. “I was in shock, but it really didn’t bother me,” Bermudez said. “I look around and everyone around me was laughing and figuring out what just happened. No one got up and left.” Despite the unsanitary incident, Bermudez said he hasn’t been deterred from visiting SeaWorld: “I would go back 100 percent. My family and kids loved it.” SeaWorld San Antonio is one of three parks that still has live orca shows, after the theme park chain announced in 2016 that it was phasing them out. #news #seaworld #orca
