From my experience, there’s a unique strength in having family and support systems back home in Naija—something that’s not always as accessible when you’re far from home. But as challenging as it is to navigate life here without that familiar help, I’m profoundly grateful for the hidden blessings. I’m grateful for how we’ve learned to rely on each other, to serve each other, and to pull together as a family. Every task we accomplish, every shared moment in our home, has given us the chance to bond and build memories I pray will stay in our hearts forever.
