My buddy @Wade Fishez made some Loaded Potato Dip so I wanted to try it out! 👀🔥 Ingredients: 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Spicy 3 tbsp Dan-O’s Cheesoning 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Original 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Purple Top (releasing soon) 1 pound bacon, diced 3 Russet potatoes, cut into wedges Oil for frying 2 cups sour cream 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Chopped green onions (for garnish) Instructions: 1. Prepare the Bacon In a skillet, place the diced bacon over medium heat. While cooking, sprinkle with 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Spicy. Cook until crispy. Once done, remove it from the skillet and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease. and set aside. 2. Prepare the Potatoes Cut the Russell potatoes into wedges. Heat oil in a deep pan to 375°F. Carefully fry the potato wedges in the hot oil until they are lightly golden but not fully crispy. Remove and let them cool on a plate lined with paper towels. Crisp the Potatoes Once the potato wedges have cooled, return the oil to 375°F. Fry the potatoes again until they are super crispy. About 6-7 minutes then remove them from the oil and let them drain on paper towels. Then sprinkle generously the Dan-O’s Cheesoning. 4. Make the Dip In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cheddar cheese, Dan-O’s Original, and Dan-O’s Purple Top. Add the cooked bacon to the mixture and stir well to combine. 5. Serve - Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with chopped green onions for garnish. - Serve the crispy potato wedges alongside the loaded dip for dipping. #potato #dip #easyrecipe #danosseasoning #cooking

All I can say is… WOW! This Italian Steak Sandwich is Dan-O-Myte! 🤤🔥 Ingredients: * 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Preem-O * 1 pound strip steak * 1/4 cup Duke's mayonnaise * 1/4 cup water * 8 oz mushrooms * 1 red bell pepper * 1/2 small white onion * 3 tbsp olive oil, divided * 3 oz blue cheese crumbles * 6 slices spicy cheddar cheese * 8 oz hot giardiniera pepper blend * 1 loaf Italian semolina bread
Recipe: 1. Prepare the Steak - Cut the strip steak into three thin pieces and trim off any excess fat. - Rub mayonnaise on both sides of the steak and season generously with Dan-O’s Preem-O. 2. Cook the Vegetables - Slice the mushrooms, red bell pepper, and onion into long strips. - In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over high heat. - Add the chopped vegetables to the pan. - Add a splash of water and sprinkle more Dan-O’s Preem-O over the vegetables, sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until they are tender. * Set aside. 3. Sear the Steak - In the same hot pan, add the steak and sear for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside. 4. Prepare the Bread - Cut the Italian semolina bread in half and brush the cut sides with the remaining olive oil. - Place the bread halves in the oven and bake until crispy. 5. Assemble the Sandwich - On the bottom half of the crispy bread, layer the blue cheese crumbles, followed by the seared steak, giardiniera pepper blend, and 3 slices of spicy cheddar cheese. - On the top half of the bread, layer the remaining spicy cheddar cheese and the sautéed vegetables. 6. Melt the Cheese - Place both halves of the sandwich (open-faced) in the oven on broil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 7.
