Ingredients: Jasmine rice, prepared (~2 cups) 2 salmon filets (skin removed) 1/2 red onion, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 egg 1 bag frozen veggies Coconut aminos Avocado Seasonings: @Simply Organic onion powder, salt, pepper, @Graza olive oil Toppings: @Primal Kitchen Foods yum yum sauce, sriracha, green onion, sesame seeds Instructions: 1. Season salmon with above seasonings and bake at 425° until cooked to desired liking 2. In a pan (@Caraway Home ELLIETEALE10 for 10% off☺️), saute red onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, then add in frozen veggies and and more seasonings, and cook until veggies are no longer frozen 3. Move veggies to side of pan, then add in scrambled egg and mix all together 4. Coat veggies and egg in coconut aminos, then add in rice and mix well - may need to add in more coconut aminos depnening on how much you like 5.
