Cinnamon Raisin Bread Recipe (for Bread Machine) Ingredients: 1 cup raisins 1 1/2 cups warm milk (110 degs) 1 egg, room temperature 3 tablespoons butter, softened 2 tablespoons white sugar 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups of bread flour 2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast Directions: Add all wet ingredients to bread machine. Then add butter, salt, sugars and cinnamon. Then add flour. Make a small well into flour and add yeast. *if your bread machine has an automatic raisin or nut dispenser at your raisins there. If not, you’re going to add your raisins to the mixture once the machine begins its first kneading. Select “sweet bread” option on your bread machine, “light” color and “large” loaf. Makes a 2lb loaf. Enjoy!
