If anyone needs hope for living with endometriosis, let this be it. I spent from the age of 14 to 26 in DEBILITATING pain, constantly told that I was overreacting, that I was being a drama queen, constantly on the floor with my absolute mess of my mental health. Until I turned my life around. I decided to take the plunge to go private for endometriosis laparoscopy excision, spending literally THOUSANDS on my health to get better. And it sort of worked, I was diagnsoed, endo was removed but I was still in SO much pain. And that’s when it hit me, why did I spend so much money to just throw it back in my surgeon’s face? I was eating crap, feeling like crap, treating my body like crap which meant that my endo was thriving in a BAD way. Fast forward a year later and I had completely done the changes required in order for my life to thrive. My period pain is totally gone, my bloating is NON existent (apart from the very rare flare up), and I genuinely feel like my health is in the best place ever.
