Luna Needs a Loving Home! 🌙🙏   Sweet Luna is struggling with kennel life. ❤️‍🩹She’s so nervous that we’ve been letting her hang out in our office during cleaning time to help her feel safe. Her ThunderShirt and calming collar help ease her stress, but what Luna truly needs is a calm and patient family to give her the love and stability she craves, especially during the holidays.🎁   At almost 2 years old, Luna is a loving and playful dog. She adores belly rubs, cuddles, and spending time with people. She’s great with kids, adults, and other dogs and is very curious about cats. Outside, she’s full of energy, loving zoomies and long walks, but at home, she’s calm, snuggly, and happy to relax by your side.   Luna is crate trained and knows commands like “sit,” “stay,” and “go to your bed.” She does have some separation anxiety and may submissively pee when excited or nervous, but with kindness and consistency, she’s making progress every day. She’s a fan of car rides, hard toys, watching TV, and, most of all, being close to her people.   Luna is such a special girl who just needs a little extra love to feel secure. Want to add a little sparkle to your life?  If so, stop by the Humane Society of Broward County and meet Doc’s Dog of the Week … Sparkle.  This adorable gal is very friendly, but at first, she may appear shy or timid.  Give her time to warm up and she will be your BFF.  Sparkle enjoys cuddles and belly rubs and could earn the nickname “Love Bug.” This cutie walks well on a leash and will stroll next to you gracefully.  She even wags her tail as she passes by the other dogs in the kennels.  Sparkle is curious about her environment but give her time to settle into her new home.  As a recent momma, she has endured a lot in the past few months and wants a home where she will be pampered and loved. Snuggling on the couch and watching the Florida Panthers could be her new favorite thing to do.  Thanks to #9 Sam Bennett and his program Benny’s Buddies – Sam is paying the adoption fee for Sparkle.  Every time Sam scores a goal, he will pay the adoption fee for another select pet at the shelter.   If you can’t adopt, please share her post 🙏

This sweet kitten is ready to “wobble” her way into your heart! ♥️ 🥹 Meet 4-month-old Wobbles! 🐱Miss Wobbles was born with cerebellar hypoplasia (not contagious), so she does not have the best control of her muscles. She has a severe case, but it will not get any worse and it doesn’t bother her at all. Her zoomies do not look quite like that of other cats, but she still loves to run, play, and cuddle! She also enjoys sitting by a window and watching birds and other critters. Wobbles may require some household adjustments to make it a safe and fun home for her, but the love she’ll give in return will make it 100% worth it. Our sweet nervous girl 😔   Amy is a sweet and tender-hearted 2-year-old who found herself at the shelter at no fault of her own 🥺💔She prefers the comfort of home and would love to cuddle up with you on the couch, just like she did with Martica from Hits 97.3! She will do best with a family who is calm and patient and understands how to care for her.
