as a gastric/gerd person, ramai recommend to try this overnight oat for sahur untuk cepat kenyang (takdelah pukul 12pm perut dah berbunyi). it’s my d-1 since i made this last night, so far i can’t say it totally works but as of now, i only felt hungry when it’s 6pm or almost berbuka time. so it’s fine with me kekee. but u should try this too, lower budget tapi sedapp, maybe boleh tahan sebulan? except for milk and yogurt. also, overnight oats ni boleh jadikan for your diet also!
