@drmtlgy.uk water cream is a really good base for makeup. This light weight moisturiser sits beautifully under makeup as it absorbs quickly into the skin leaving no residue. I used it with the @IL MAKIAGE foundation in shade 60 which was great when I bought it as I had a tan.
