Healthy girl dinner 🍯✨🔥recipe below!! Ingredients: @Drink Poppi for the good vibes 6 chicken thighs 1/2 cup @Mike’s Hot Honey 1/2 cup @Primal Kitchen Foods dijon mustard Zest of 2 lemons Juice of 2 lemons 2 tbsp ACV 2 sweet potatoes, chopped into cubes 3/4 bag @Josie’s Organics coleslaw mix 3 green onion, diced 3 heaping tbsp @FAGE greek yogurt A little shake of @athenosfeta 1 avocado, diced Splash of @Kettle & Fire chicken broth Arugula seasonings: @Simply Organic onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, @Graza olive oil, avocado oil Instructions: 1. Season chicken with above seasonings, brown on both sides in avocado oil on cast iron, then finish baking in oven at 425° until internal temp of chicken reaches 165°. Once finished cooking, let rest for a few minutes then cut into cubes 2. In a bowl, combine honey, dijon, 1 lemon zest, 1 lemon juice, pepper and big dash of smoked paprika and mix well 3. In same chicken pan, deglaze pan on low heat with chicken broth, add in hot honey mustard and chicken, coat evenly, then simmer until sticky 4. Coat sweet potatoes with olive oil, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper 5. Bake sweet potatoes in oven at 425° until soft and golden brown 6. Add yogurt, 1 lemon juice and 1 lemon zest, honey, ACC, and pepper to a bowl and stir until combined. Then, add in green onion, feta, avocado, and coleslaw and stir until evenly coated and combined 6. Assemble sweet potato bowl starting with arugula and top with additional hot honey and green onion 7. Healthier copycat Taco Bell burritos 🌯✨🥑 Ingredients: @Drink Poppi for the good vibes 1/2 red onion 1 cup assorted bell peppers, diced 1 lb ground chicken 1 pkg @Siete Foods spicy taco seasoning Black beans, warmed Shredded lettuce @Good Culture cottage cheese 1 avocado Zest of 1/ lemon Juice of 1 lemon A bunch of fresh cilantro @lundbergfarms cilantro lime rice, heated as directed @Mission Foods burrito tortillas @Cholula Hot Sauce Hot Sauce chipotle sauce Seasonings: @Maldon Salt, pepper, @Primal Kitchen Foods avocado oil Instructions: 1.
