Inspired by the legend @Gordon Ramsay Ultimate Steak Sandwich, this is a must try! Relish ingredients * 1 shallot diced * 1-2 Fresno chilis diced * 1.5-2 cups of halved cherry tomatoes * 1-2 tsp Sherry vinegar * 2 tbsp Fresh basil, thinly sliced Sauce Ingredients * equal parts whole grain mustard and mayo Other ingredients * 8-10 oz dough ball * havarti cheese * Arugula * Olive oil * Flakey salt * 12-16 oz steak cooked to preference 1. Get things started by preheating the oven or pizza oven to 425-450°F 2. Stretch out your dough, I’m using a 10 oz Neapolitan style dough ball. 3. Coat the inside with olive oil and optionally add havarti cheese. Then fold it over to close. 4. Brush the top with olive oil and add flakey salt before placing in the oven to bake! 5. Start the relish by adding 2 tbsp of olive oil to a pan over medium heat, and adding the shallots and Fresno chilis. Cook for about 5 minutes. 6. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes, then using a spoon gently smash the tomatoes. 7. Stir in the sherry vinegar and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and add the basil! 8. The dough should be done before the relish, so keep an eye on it and set it aside while we finish up the relish. 9. Now I recommend making your steak slightly ahead of time, and let it rest while you start everything else! I just used a Sous Vide 14 oz ny strip 10. Open the pizza dough and add the sauce, arugula, steak, cheese (melt if you have a torch) and topped off with the spicy relish! Cut and enjoy with a friend! I’ll blame this mistake on being sick the past week 😂😂 So we’re going turn this mistake into an experiment and try cooking them frozen in the sous vide! I’m obsessed with hot honey, especially when I’m sick like this 😂! I had the idea for some Hot Honey Ranch with a touch of the Honey Chipotle Seasoning from Dudes Gourmet… and it was amazing! Ranch ingredients: * 3/4 cup of Sour Cream * 1-2 tbsp buttermilk * 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped * 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped * 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped * 2 cloves of garlic, minced * 1-2 tsp lemon juice * 1 tbsp mayo * Fresh cracked pepper * 1-2 tbsp hot honey I used Zabs * 1.5 tsp Honey Chipotle seasoning from @Dudes Gourmet I like to start by combining everything except the honey and seasoning first and mix that well! This will help the honey not stick to the herbs and clump up. After the ingredients are mixed well, add the hot honey and honey Chipotle seasoning and mix one more time! Taste for salt and pepper and then cover and pop in your fridge for atleast 30 minutes! USA 1 large yellow onion Peanut Oil for frying Dipping sauce 3/4 cup mayo 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp creamy horseradish 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp roasted garlic powder 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp cayenne 1/2 tsp black pepper I recommend starting with the sauce, and all you have to do is combine all the ingredients and pop it in the fridge to develop its flavor! To make the blooming onion, start by heating up your peanut oil to 375°F Next week can combine the dry ingredients above in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until everything is spread throughout and set aside! Grab another large bowl and add the milk and eggs, whisk until smooth and set aside! Now let’s cut the onion! You want to cut the top off and leave the root end on. You can trim it, but be careful not to cut too much off. Carefully peel the outermost layer of the onion off, and place the onion cut side down, with the root facing up. We’re going to make about 16 sections, so I recommend making the first 4 cuts, then making a cut in between those, and another round of cuts between those! Next dust the open onion with corn starch, and then transfer to the dry mix to get coated before you place it in the wet mixture, making sure the individual layers are all coated! Transfer back to the dry batter mix and get all layers and sides coated well! It takes some time but it’s important! Carefully take the onion to your fryer and place it in! If the fryer isn’t deep enough you’ll need to carefully turn the onion, or you can baste with the oil which is what I did! Place the butter in a small dish, and place the cloche over the top and add the smoke! Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb the smoke flavor. This can be done on a smoker for a much better result, but not as easy or accessible for most! The let the butter soften before adding the remaining ingredients listed above and mixing well. Make sure everything is distributed throughout, and serve this up with a steak of your choice! I placed a generous amount of the butter on top of this perfectly cooked ribeye and gave both a touch more smoke before slicing it up! It was incredible!! 00:27You down to try Kimchi Ranch?! This ranch is some of the best I’ve ever made at home! Ranch ingredients: * 3/4 cup of Sour Cream * 1-2 tbsp buttermilk * 1.5 tbsp fresh dill, chopped * 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped * 2 cloves of garlic, minced * 1-2 tsp lemon juice * 1 tbsp mayo * 1/4 cup Kimchi, minced * Salt to taste To make the ranch, just combine everything in a container and mix until everything is well combined. Taste and adjust for salt! You can add more buttermilk to get the consistency you prefer! The chicken is easy, and the perfect pairing here! I made butterflied chicken drumsticks and seasoned them up with @Dudes Gourmet Korean seasoning. To butterfly, just use a pairing knife and make a cut down to the bone from the largest part of the drumstick, down to the handle. Then use the knife to make a dew more cuts along the side of the bone to flatten out the chicken and open it up. Grill them for about 8-10 mins total, or until the internal hits 160-165. Let them rest and continue to cook before serving! Ingredients: • pork belly cut into cubes • Cajun seasoning ( you can mix in some roasted garlic powder and MSG but not needed!) @Hardcore Carnivore • 1 stick of butter • 2-3 cloves of garlic minced • more Cajun seasoning. Instructions: 1. Start by cutting the pork belly into roughly 1 inch cubes and get them ready for seasoning! 2. Season them up, You can use just Cajun or get creative a bit! 3. Preheat the air fryer or convection oven to 390°F and get the pork belly in either the basket or on a wire rack on a baking sheet. 4. I turn the bites every 6-7 minutes and let them cook for atleast 20 minutes or until crispy and cooked through! 5. While the pork is cooking, melt down a stick of butter, salute your garlic on a medium low heat, and then add a little Cajun seasoning to finish it up! 6.
