In a large pan, add the ghee and toast your bay leaf, cinnamon, and cloves 2. Add your onions, the mustard seed oil, and salt till it’s golden brown. 3. In a blender, combine the onions, cashews, and green chilis 4. Once blended add it into the pan, add the yogurt, spices, ketchup and water till it slowly comes together. 5. Classic French Toast ✨ Super simple and easy, and with the price of one challah being $6.50 you can easily make 10 slices. INGREDIENTS: Bread: -2 Cups of Milk -2 Eggs -1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon -2-3 Teaspoon of Sugar -1 Loaf of Challah or Brioche (I got mine from @Whole Foods Market ) -Butter ( I only use @KerrygoldUSA ) -Powder Sugar for Garnish Strawberry Compote: -5-6 Chopped Strawberries -1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice -1 Tablespoon of Sugar INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Chop your strawberries and add into a pot on low flame with lemon juice and sugar till it thickens, about 5 minutes and cool. 2. In a wide bowl, add the milk, eggs, cinnamon, and sugar and whisk together. 3. Slice your bread ( one day old is best) and soak into the milk mixture for about 15-30 seconds per side. 4. Add butter into your pan and add the soaked bread. 5. Cook till golden brown on each side about 3-4 minutes on medium flame. 6. Here are the 3 stand out dishes to me: -The Rice Bowl either with the classic rowdy rooster chicken or chili chicken -The Paneer Street Sandwich: Their own homemade paneer was fantastic, so soft and pillowy. -The Chili Chicken Street Sandwich: The flavors on this was so good!
