✨Smokey Chicken Tandoori with Biya Bari Roast Gravy It’s the ultimate Bangladeshi x Pakistani dinner combination. Pakistani Concept: Smoked chicken tandoori to pay homage to roof top bbq’ing and the roti. Bangladeshi Concept: Classic biya Bari chicken roast gravy with short grain khali Jeera rice, salad coated with mustard and lime, and spicy shutki (dried shrimp) bhortha aka the Balachong. We hope you enjoy and try out these easy and approachable desi recipes if it’s your first time cooking! Tandoori Chicken: - 1 tandoori masala marinade - 1tbs ginger garlic paste - 2 tbs yogurt - 1 tbs oil - 1 tbs vinegar or lime juice Instructions: 1.combine and rub on chicken over night or 5 minutes 2.Roast in air fryer for 30 - minutes at 400 and let I rest in air fryer for 10 minutes. Biya Bari Gravy: - 1 tablespoons of ghee - 2 thinly sliced onions - 2 bay leaves, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves - 2 tablespoons of mustard oil - 1 1/2 teaspoons of Kashmiri chili powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons of graham masala - 1 teaspoon of salt - 1 tablespoons of plain yogurt - 1 1/2 tablespoons of ketchup - 1/4 cup of cashews in water for a paste - 2-3 green thai chilis - 1 1/2 cup of water or milk Instructions: 1. In a large pan, add the ghee and toast your bay leaf, cinnamon, and cloves 2. Add your onions, the mustard seed oil, and salt till it’s golden brown. 3. In a blender, combine the onions, cashews, and green chilis 4. Once blended add it into the pan, add the yogurt, spices, ketchup and water till it slowly comes together. 5.
