Popular dishes include the pork loin katsu teishoku — premium Sakura pork loin fried to a golden brown and served with tonkatsu sauce or oroshi ponzu — and pork fillet katsu teishoku. The latter features premium Duroc tenderloin pork. All teishoku items come with thinly sliced cabbage, kimchi, tsukemono, seasonal miso soup, and your choice of white or brown rice.
