Blueberry Muffins 🫐🧁 1 3/4cups All Purpose Flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 egg yolk 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup butter melted 2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen Streusel: 4 tbsp flour 3 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup cold butter * In a bowl, combine the flour and sugar. * Add the cold, diced butter to the mixture. * Use your fingertips or a pastry cutter to blend the ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. * Preheat oven to 400 F * Mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. * Add in the beaten eggs, milk, and butter.
