3 things I’ve learned from going on a 12 week cut!! I can’t believe the cut is finally over!! If I’m being honest I’m having mixed feelings about it right now lol. 1.Incorporating low calorie high volume foods into my diet helped me stay full and satisfied while in a calorie deficit. These foods have a low calorie content but are high in volume, allowing me to eat larger portions without consuming excessive calories. These foods provide a greater sense of satiety and help prevent feelings of hunger, which can be a challenge when maintaining a calorie deficit. By choosing low calorie high volume foods, I could have larger and more satisfying meals while still staying within my calorie goals. 2. Fixating on your weight while on a cut is pointless because weight fluctuates due to factors like water retention and digestion. Instead, view the number on the scale as data and focus on long-term trends rather than daily fluctuations. The phrase “set it & forget it” emphasizes the importance of consistency and detachment from immediate reactions to the number on the scale. 3.Completing something challenging makes me feel alive, invigorated, and empowered. It fuels my motivation and drive to tackle even more difficult tasks. I have an addictive personality, but I have channeled it into a positive force. It pushes me to constantly strive for improvement and surpass my own limits. This constant pursuit of growth and achievement fuels my sense of accomplishment, making me want to push even harder. Each small victory becomes a stepping stone to something greater, propelling me forward. It’s a continuous cycle of setting higher goals, overcoming challenges, and experiencing the exhilaration of success. This addictive drive keeps me motivated and hungry for more, allowing me to constantly push beyond my comfort zone and achieve things I once thought were impossible. I’m excited to see where I’ll go next 🤞 #cut #progress #12weekcut #beforevsafter #fitnesstransformation
