Be intentional during that 30 minutes of movement and find where you can challenge yourself even more during your workout! Letting go of unrealistic expectations around exercise can be tricky but understanding that any movement is great movement and that you can get in an amazing workout in under an hour is an amazing mindset to have around your workouts!
