YAKIMESHI! 🤤 Ingredientes: 600 gr. pechuga de pollo en cubitos 2 1/2 tazas Arroz Súper Extra Grano Grueso #MembersMark @Sams Club México 6 1/4 tazas de agua 3 zanahorias en cubos pequeños 1 calabaza en cubos pequeños 2 huevos 1 taza salsa soya 4 cada. aceite de ajonjolí 1/3 taza de aceite 1/2 cda. ajo en polvo 1 cdita. Sal para el tampico: 16 barritas de cangrejo 1/4 taza media crema 1/4 taza mayonesa 1 limón 1 cda. salsa inglesa 1 chile serrano para servir: Queso crema Aguacate Ajonjolí salsa de anguila Preparación: comienza lavando muy bien el arroz. agrega el agua en una olla a fuego medio y espera a que hierva. después incorpora el arroz y deja hervir 5 minutos. coloca la tapa pon el fuego bajo y deja hervir 10 minutos más o hasta que veas que el agua se haya consumido. (nunca lo pierdas de vista). apaga el fuego y deja reposar 10-15 minutos más tapado. pasado el tiempo coloca el arroz sobre una charola y deja enfriar completamente. en un wok o un sartén amplio a fuego medio cocina el pollo, la zanahoria y la calabaza con 2 cucharadas de aceite de ajonjolí. sazona con el ajo en polvo y la sal. una vez cocido todo, reserva en un recipiente. en el mismo sartén a fuego medio añade 1/3 de aceite junto con el arroz cocido. mezcla constantemente un par de minutos. pasado el tiempo retira el arroz hacia las orillas y añade en medio del sartén las 2 cucharadas de aceite de ajonjolí restante y los 2 huevos. mezcla hasta que comience a cocerse para después mezclarlo con el arroz. añade la salsa soya y termina agregando también el pollo con los vegetales. mezcla muy bien todo y apaga el fuego. prepara el tampico licuando las barritas de cangrejo, crema ácida, mayonesa, limón, salsa inglesa y el chile serrano hasta obtener la consistencia deseada. Meliz Cooks Tavuk Döner: loads of questions about whether or not you can cook this in the air fryer after yesterday’s cook on @This Morning - this is my original marinade marinade (this one’s on my blog and cookbook, my original recipe), but the answer is yes! 🤩🙌🏼💕🧿 Ingredients 1 kg (2 lb 4 oz) skinless, boneless chicken thigh fillets 4 large wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes prior to cooking For the marinade: 3 tbsp thick set natural yoghurt 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses 2 tbsp Turkish sweet red pepper paste (tatli biber salçasi) 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp clear honey 1 tsp dried oregano ½ tsp ground cumin ¾ tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp pul biber ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp onion granules ½ tsp garlic granules ¾ tsp fine sea salt ¼ tsp coarse black pepper Mix the marinade ingredients together, add the chicken thighs, mix well, cover, and leave to marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or preferably overnight. Skewer onto the water soaked sticks and cook in the air fryer at 180c for around 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through, ensuring the chicken is cooked all the way through (the internal temperature of cooked chicken should be 75c). Serve loaded in pittas or flatbreads with garlic yoghurt, pickled cabbage, Ezme (the latter two recipes can be found in my cookbook), salad and fried chips. Not sure what to cook tonight? Five minute Sticky Seeded Pomegranate & Honey Salmon - takes a couple of mins to prep and 5 mins to cook. Ensure to pay the salmon dry and have the heat up high for this one. Make extra and have some for lunch for the next couple of day (although, they’re best when they’re freshly cooked, hot and sticky!) SO GOOD! Serves 4 INGREDIENTS: 500g skinless salmon fillets, cut into 3cm chunks 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses 1 tsp runny honey 1/4 tsp pul biber 2 tsp sesame seeds 1 tsp Nigella seeds METHOD: Preheat oven to 230c fan / 250c. Pat the salmon cubes completely dry with some kitchen paper. This will ensure that the salmon crisps up when cooking. In a bowl, mix together the pomegranate molasses, honey and pul biber. Add the salmon chunks, toss well in the sticky marinade then sprinkle over the seeds so that each chunk is coated all over. Place the salmon evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper allowing space between each piece of fish so that the salmon really crisps up and caramelises whilst cooking. Place the tray on the top shelf of the oven and cook for 5 mins until crispy and sticky.
