3 actually *worthwhile* purchases to help with your weight loss. There are lots of scams out there so hopefully this video helps you not fall for them and know what things are actually worth it. 1.) Food scale Tracking calories determines your weight loss or gain, which is what determines your body fat%, basically how lean or chubby you are. Unfortunately, you need to be pretty accurate with tracking all the calories in all the food you ate during the day, and because of that a food scale is necessary. It is how you can find how much the food weighs so that you can then search for the calories accurately for that amount of food. 2.) Scale Weight is not a good representation of your body type. Both of these pictures are me at 178 lbs. Big difference. But, weight is how you can track your progress and is one of the only ways to know if you are consistently making progress on your weight loss or weight gain each week. My clients for my 1on1 online coaching use scales to weigh themselves every week to see if they went up or down in weight to consistently track their progress. There is no need to buy any fancy one by the way. 3.) Tracking calories Whether it’s a free app like myfitnesspal or cronometer, calorie tracking apps are super useful. DO a simple google search for mcdonald’s calories and you’ll find their website that has all their menu items and the macros broken down. Let’s say you’re feeling in in out. Well they have their nutrition facts online as well and Sometimes fast food places have their calories on the actual in store menu. Loaded Buffalo Chicken Baguette 🥖🧡 Save this & give it a go because it is so worth it 🥹 Ingredients: -1 Sourdough Baguette 315kcal -120g chicken diddies raw -2tsp of Buffalo seasoning -40ml buffalo sauce @franksredhot -25g light mozzarella -salt and pepper ✨Garlic Butter -15g butter -15g garlic purée -fresh/dried parsley ✨Garnish -parsley Method 1️⃣Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake roll for 10-15mins until slightly golden. 2️⃣Season chicken with buffalo seasoning, salt and pepper. Add to frying pan and cook for 7-9 mins each side. Remove from pan and shred. Add back into pan with franks buffalo sauce. Cook until sauce thickens slightly 3️⃣Combine garlic butter ingredients 4️⃣ After roll has cooled for a few minutes. Cut down top of roll. Spread garlic butter, add in chicken on top . Sticky, Tangy and packing 40g protein per serve ✅ If you’re new to the airfryer world this is a great place to start. Super simple to bash together and the sauce literally takes minutes to make 🥳 Shopping list 🛒 600g chicken 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp corn flour combined with 1 tsp paprika & 1 tsp garlic powder Sauce: Zest of 1 orange 2 oranges squeezed 1 tbsp garlic purée 1 tbsp ginger purée 4 tbsp caster sugar 1 tbsp sesame oil 70ml soy sauce 2 packets basmati micro rice (lazy, I know) Serves 4 Each serve 475 calories 40g protein 7g fat 62g carbs I used both sides of the airfryer and set at 190 for 17 minutes - don’t forget to shake every 4/5 minutes of cooking time. Depending on the size of your chicken it might be ready in 15/16 mins so keep a wee eye on it 👀 *top tip - once fully cooked add the chicken into the sauce mixture and coat evenly 🤤 #airfryer #airfryerrecipes #highproteinmeals #calorietracking
