Porridge "di recupero" 🍏🍫 IG @silenepretto Non è niente di nuovo ma vi lascio comunque l'idea (sempre utile per chi ha poco tempo e tanta fame 😍) - 1 mela tagliata a pezzetti piccoli (ho lasciato fuori uno spicchio per la decorazione) - 40g fiocchi di avena al cioccolato @Pharmapower (o 35g fiocchi neutri + 5g cacao amaro + dolcificante a piacere) - 120ml latte/bevanda vegetale (io di cocco senza zuccheri) o anche acqua se volete Mettete la mela a pezzetti 2 minuti nel microonde* alla massima potenza Nel frattempo in una ciotola mescolate l'avena + latte ( + eventualmente il cacao e il dolcificante) e aggiungeteci i pezzetti di mela caldi (si saranno ammorbiditi). Mescolate il tutto e poi rimettete in microonde per circa 1 minuto e mezzo (o fino a consistenza desiderata) Ricoprite con la solita cremina al cacao: 10g cacao amaro + dolcificante a piacere (es: 5g miele) + acqua quanto basta. Chinese new year is around the corner and I know a lot of you are gonna be having hot pot at home. Instead of your traditional soups, try this porridge hot pot! My mum had it in Guangzhou a couple of years ago and we started making it at home since. It's super easy to make if you don't want to make your own homemade chicken stock Recipe for Chicken stock: 2L water 2 chicken carcasses 4 stalks of spring onion 1 1-inch piece of ginger - Boil for 2 hours and strain out the solids. - Add in 300g of rice and boil for another 1.5-2 hours till the rice is very soft. - Blend and season with soy sauces, salt, white pepper and sesame oil. We’re back at it with some weaning! 🍽️ I’m not going to do this as a part of his BLW series, as this definitely isn’t baby led weaning, and we ar having s break from BLW for the time being, and sticking to purées. Just as I feel as though he isn’t quite ready yet! 😩 But I will still be showing what purées he’ll be having, as I am making them all from scratch ❤️ Today, we have cinnamon porridge!
