air fryer zucchini pizza bites 🍕✨😋 recipe deets below!! 🫶🏻 Makes 1 serving What you’ll need: 1 large zucchini Pizza sauce of choice ( I used Trader Joes) Pepperoni Shredded mozzarella cheese Italian seasoning *if you have any other favorite pizza toppings feel free to use Instructions: 1. Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch slices. 2. Top each piece with the pizza sauce & and sprinkle on some Italian seasoning. 3. Next, add the pepperoni (I sliced mine into smaller pieces) 4. Place the pizza bites in a parchment-lined air fryer basket. (this makes for an easy clean up) Then add a sprinkle of cheese to each piece. 5. Air fry at 375 for about 6 minutes. Keep a very close eye on them though because every air fryer temp runs differently! 6. Remove from the air fryer and enjoy! I dipped mine in some ranch like the classic pizza-loving girl I am. Burger bowls 🍔🤤✨ recipe deets below! 👇🏼 If you want to save time.. make the ground beef & salad dressing the day before so when you want it for lunch all you have to do is toss it all together. :) What you’ll need: 1lb ground beef 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika Optional toppings: Chopped romaine lettuce Shredded cheddar cheese Chopped dill pickles Chopped grape tomatoes Pickled red onion or regular Avocado Bacon Burger sauce/dressing (makes 5-6 servings) 1/3 cup mayo 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tbsp dill relish 2 tbsp sweet pickle juice (from a jar of sweet pickles) 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1. Preheat a skillet to medium heat. Once hot add in the ground beef and cook about 5-7 minutes until fully brown. 2. Once the meat is near finished add in the seasonings. Mix well and leave on the pan a few more minutes until cooked. 3. To make the burger sauce, add 1/3 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tbs dill relish, 2 tbs sweet pickle juice, and 1/4 tsp of garlic powder to a bowl and mix well. Place in the fridge until you are ready to assemble the salad. 4. To a bowl add romaine lettuce, the cooked ground beef, any of the toppings you’d like, and then the dressing.
