You have to try this Pizookie recipe! It is one of my favorite things to make for family game nights or whenever we have dinner parties with friends! It’s very rich so this is something you defiantly will want to share! I love to use the leftover cookie dough to make regular chocolate chip cookies and freeze them for a later day when the craving hits. I hope you love this recipe! Pizookie recipe: Ingredients * 1 cup Butter, divided (half for browning and other half cut into cubes) * 1 cup Brown Sugar * ½ cup Sugar * 2 Eggs * 1 teaspoon Vanilla * 2 cups + 2 Tablespoons Flour * 1 teaspoon Baking Soda * ½ teaspoon Salt * 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips * 1 bar of sea salt dark chocolate * Vanilla Bean Ice Cream for topping Instructions 1. In a skillet, melt half of butter over medium heat stirring often, until it starts to bubble and is completely melted and brown. Take off heat to let cool down before pouring into mixing bowl. 2. In mixing bowl, add other half of butter (sliced into cubes), the sugar, and brown sugar for 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Slowly pour in brown butter and mix for 1 minute longer. 3. Add eggs and vanilla and stir well. 4. Stir in flour while mixer is on low speed, baking soda, and salt. 5. Chop sea salt chocolate bar into small pieces. 6. Mix in chocolate and stir to combine. 7. Place in ramekins or small cake pan. Add a few more semi sweet chocolate chips on top and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour to chill. 8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 9. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 18 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown, depending on the depth of the ramekin. 10. Once cookie is crispy on the edge pull it out. Bang cookies on counter 1 -2 times. Top with some flaky sea salt. 11.
