Put 1 onion, 200g garlic (adjustable), 25g ginger (optional), 100g water, 50g sugar, 1 tablespoon MSG, 100g fish sauce into the blender and blend (vegetable paste) 2. Put 3 tablespoons flour, 200g water and mix 3. Put it to microwave for 30 seconds, stir, microwave for another 30 seconds (flour paste) 4. Cut green onions into 1cm pieces, and cut chive into 3cm pieces. 5. Mix 200g gochugaru, vegetable paste, flour paste, green onions, and chive 6. Adjust the seasoning with fish sauce if it's not salty enough.
