Strain about 1/3 of the liquid out and pour onto lined dehydrator sheets. Smooth into a square and dehydrate at 135° until pliable but no longer sticky to the touch. For the skins: dehydrate until skins snap. - For an oven: use lined baking sheets and set to your lowest possible temperature. Your baking time will vary greatly based on temperature and thickness, but flipping often and opening the oven to release steam will help speed up the process. 🧊 Freezing: I only froze kiwi juice, but you can freeze the purée as well! One Great thing about the end of summer is the abundance of wonderful produce. Right now the zucchinis are large and , and a perfect for making a soup. This three ingredient soup it’s just a thing that you need right now you can eat it warm or room temperature or even cold out of the refrigerator. It is the perfect transition food and a taste delicious and it’s easy to make. 🌱Magic Zucchini Soup(only 3 ingredients 🌱 Ingredients 1 cup toasted cashews 3 cups vegetable stock 2 large zucchini peeled and sliced Additional optional ingredients: sea salt & pepper 2 tbsp vegan butter 2 tbsp nutritional yeast Green onions, Sprinkle of vegan Parm Splash of olive Instructions Add the cashews, stock and peeled zucchini in to a medium stock pot over medium heat and bring up to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the cashews are tender and break between your fingers. • Remove from the heat and carefully transfer the soup to a blender or use a hand blender . Season with salt and pepper and add the vegan butter & nutritional yeast (if using). Blend until the soup is completely smooth to serve. Read below to make @Kourtney Kardashian Barker’s famous Zoodles recipe.   Ingredients: 1 slice turkey bacon, roasted and chopped 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 zucchini, spiralized into noodles 1 cup broccoli, shredded 1 carrot, sliced 1 avocado, chopped 1 tablespoon chopped basil Pinch of garlic salt Instructions: 1. Cook the turkey bacon. 2. In a heated pan, add the olive oil and garlic. 3. Add the zucchini and sauté for about five minutes. Then add the broccoli and cook for another two minutes and turn off the pan. 4. Zanahorias Glaseadas 🥕🥕🥕 Amooo estas mini zanahorias. Son la guarnición perfecta! En un sartén grande van a poner 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva. Agregan 2 puños de zanahorias baby de colores lavadas muy bien y 1 echalote rebanado. Saltear un par de minutos. Sazonar con sal, pimienta y hojas de tomillo fresco. Agregar el jugo y ralladura de una naranja y un poco de agua. Tapar y seguir cocinando 3 minutos. Agregar 2-3 cucharadas de miel de datíl. Sobre eso agregar 3 cucharadas de mantequilla y dejar que se derrita y haga un glaseado junto con la miel de dátil. This method works for all kinds of berries, grapes, figs, tomatoes, peppers, green beans, radishes, and more! If it’s not obvious, I am changing the water in the bowl between each batch. I don’t wash them in the strainer in the bowl because I don’t think it leaves enough room to swish and sort. One Great thing about the end of summer is the abundance of wonderful produce. Right now the zucchinis are large and , and a perfect for making a soup. This three ingredient soup it’s just a thing that you need right now you can eat it warm or room temperature or even cold out of the refrigerator. It is the perfect transition food and a taste delicious and it’s easy to make. 🌱Magic Zucchini Soup(only 3 ingredients 🌱 Ingredients 1 cup toasted cashews 3 cups vegetable stock 2 large zucchini peeled and sliced Additional optional ingredients: sea salt & pepper 2 tbsp vegan butter 2 tbsp nutritional yeast Green onions, Sprinkle of vegan Parm Splash of olive Instructions Add the cashews, stock and peeled zucchini in to a medium stock pot over medium heat and bring up to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the cashews are tender and break between your fingers. • Remove from the heat and carefully transfer the soup to a blender or use a hand blender . Season with salt and pepper and add the vegan butter & nutritional yeast (if using). Blend until the soup is completely smooth to serve.
