If you use butter the texture of the cookies is all wrong) ½ cup smooth peanut butter 5 Tbsp cocoa powder Unsweetened shredded coconut (for topping) Method: 1. In a medium pot combine margarine, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Over medium heat, bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Let cook for 1 minute until the sugar is dissolved and the ingredients are well combined. 2. Turn off the heat and carefully stir in the peanut butter, cocoa powder, and Quaker Quick 1-Minute Oats. Comfort food 🫶 recipe ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Ingredients 4 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 cup chopped celery (2-3 stalks) 1 tablespoon minced garlic (3-4 cloves) 1 cup shredded carrots (2 carrots) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons onion powder 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1/4 cup flour 3 cups chicken broth 3 cups milk 1.5 cup heavy cream 2 cups cooked shredded chicken 8 ounce chopped frozen spinach 16 ounces gnocchi Instructions 1. In a large pot, over medium heat, melt butter and heat olive oil. 3. Once butter is melted add in celery and cook for about 5-7 minutes until soft. 4. Add in garlic and stir. Let cook for 2 minutes. 6. Add in carrots. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. 7. Add in flour. Stir for 2 mins until everything is combined. 9. Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl. 2. Boil fresh noodles for 3 minutes making sure to save some of the hot water for the sauce so it is nice and smooth. Grate onion and squeeze out liquid using a clean kitchen towel. 2. Combine onion, grated garlic, parsley, cilantro, spices, and olive oil in a bowl. 3. Thoroughly incorporate mixture with lamb. 4. Cut pita in half, stuff with lamb and drizzle generously with olive oil. 5. Heat heavy bottom pan on medium heat and sear arayes meat side down for 1-2 minutes until it gets a nice crust then toast on the pita sides until golden brown and crisp. 6. Place in an oven set at 350°F until cooked through(10-15 minutes). Meat should register around 155°F. 7. Make sauce by combining all ingredients making sure to adjust for personal taste. 8. Tomato Egg Ingredients * 4 eggs * Salt to taste * Neutral oil * 2 scallions(sliced) * 3-4 tomatoes(cut into chunks) * 2 tbsp water * 1 tsp soy sauce * 2 tsp oyster sauce * 2 tsp sugar * 2 tbsp ketchup * 1/4 tsp white pepper * 1/4 tsp msg * 1 tsp sesame oil Instructions 1. Prep ingredients by slicing scallions and cutting tomatoes into chunks. 2. Whisk eggs and season with a pinch of salt. 3. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a wok on medium high heat. Pour eggs and scramble and once the eggs are set but are still slightly runny, set it aside(30-45 seconds). 4. Add 2 tbsp oil to the same wok and sauté the white portion of scallions(30 seconds). 5. Once fragrant, add the tomatoes and a splash of water. 6. Let that simmer and once the tomatoes become soft and release their juices, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, ketchup, white pepper, and msg. 7. Let that simmer and once thickened, incorporate the scrambled eggs. 8. Pad Kra Pao Ingredients * 1 tbsp light soy sauce * 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce * 2 tbsp fish sauce * 1.5 tbsp palm sugar * 6 cloves garlic * 5-7 red Thai chillies * 3/4 cup long beans(cut into small pieces) * 1/4 cup neutral oil * 2-3 eggs * 1 lbs ground pork/chicken/beef * 2 cups holy basil or Thai Basil * Hot jasmine rice Instructions 1. Combine light and dark soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and palm sugar. 2. In a mortar and pestle, grind together chilies and garlic into a paste. 3. Heat oil in a wok on medium high heat and fry egg until edges are crispy and the yolk is runny. Remove egg and drain half of the oil. 4. Sauté chili garlic paste until fragrant(less than a minute) and cook the ground pork until water has evaporated and the fat starts to render and sizzle. 5. Add long beans and sauce and sauté for a few minutes before adding holy/Thai basil. 6. Doing this after being in the sun all day was certainly a choice. I barely made it to the end but all in all it was a beautiful sanguich and one of the better ones ive ever made. Also the peach addition to my bruschetta recipe was unreal. Instructions: - get wrecked - add slapchopped garlic and parsley to butter and mash, spread on bread and bake at 375 for 7 mins before broiling. - make bruschetta by food processing tomatoes white peaches and garlic, straining, then adding slapchopped basil dried oregano crushed red pepper salt pepper sugar olive oil and plenty of balsamic glaze and mixing. - coat brined chicken breasts in spiced bread crumb/pecorino romano mixture -fry in 350 degree olive oil - add @jawndiments long hot mayo to garlic bread, then cutlets, then mozz. Panang Curry Ingredients * 1.3 lbs chicken thigh(sliced) * 4 oz panang curry paste * 14oz coconut milk * 4-5 kaffir lime leaves * 1 tbsp palm sugar * 1 tbsp fish sauce * Red chilies Instructions 1. Heat half of 14oz can coconut milk in a deep pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. 2. Once slightly thickened, add curry paste and stir. Once incorporated, simmer on medium low for 5-6 minutes until the coconut milk makes a bright red oil with the curry paste. 3. Add sliced chicken thigh and stir so the chicken is coated in the curry mixture. 4. Add coconut milk, and 3-4 torn kaffir lime leaves. 5. Cover and simmer on medium low heat for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked through. Make sure to occasionally stir so the bottom doesn’t burn. 6. Season to taste with fish sauce and palm sugar. 7. Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl. 2. Boil fresh noodles for 3 minutes making sure to save some of the hot water for the sauce so it is nice and smooth. If you like this dish cold, rinse the noodles under ice cold water. 3. Combine the noodles with the sauce until fully incorporated. If the noodles seem too thick, add a little more of the hot water from boiling the noodles. 4. Cut pita in half, stuff with lamb and drizzle generously with olive oil. 5. Heat heavy bottom pan on medium heat and sear arayes meat side down for 1-2 minutes until it gets a nice crust then toast on the pita sides until golden brown and crisp. 6. Panang Curry Ingredients * 1.3 lbs chicken thigh(sliced) * 4 oz panang curry paste * 14oz coconut milk * 4-5 kaffir lime leaves * 1 tbsp palm sugar * 1 tbsp fish sauce * Red chilies Instructions 1. Heat half of 14oz can coconut milk in a deep pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. 2. Once slightly thickened, add curry paste and stir. Add sliced chicken thigh and stir so the chicken is coated in the curry mixture. 4. Add coconut milk, and 3-4 torn kaffir lime leaves. 5. Easy holiday appetizer🥰 Recipe👇 Ingredients: 1 baguette, sliced ¼ cup olive oil 2 tbsp sea salt 7 oz feta cheese 1/3 cup cream cheese
½ cup honey roasted pecans, chopped 2-3 fresh rosemary sprigs, torn ¼ cup hot honey Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Slice baguette into rounds. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden. 2. Combine the feta and cream cheese in a food processor or stand mixer. Garlic String Beans Ingredients * 1 lbs string beans * 8-10 garlic cloves * Neutral oil for frying * Salt to taste * 1/2 tsp msg * 1/4 White pepper Instructions 1. Hong Shao Rou Ingredients Blanching * 1.5 lbs pork belly * 3 scallions(white portion) * 3 slices ginger * 1/4 cup shaoxing wine Cooking * 2 tbsp neutral oil * 2 tbsp rock sugar * 3 scallions(white portion) * 3 slices ginger * 2 star anise * 1 cinnamon stick * 2 bay leaves * 3 dried chilies * 1/4 cup shaoxing wine * 3 tbsp light soy sauce * 1 tbsp dark soy sauce * 2.5 cups water Instructions 1. Prep aromatics by slicing ginger and scallions. Save scallions whites for cooking and greens for garnish. 2. Cut pork belly into 1.5 inch sized chunks. 3. Add pork belly to a pot along with aromatics and shaoxing wine. Cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook for 5-7 minutes. 4. Rinse pork belly under cold water to remove any scum. 5. Heat oil and sugar in a wok on medium heat. Once the sugar caramelizes and becomes an amber color(3-4 minutes), add the pork belly. 6. Sauté pork belly until golden brown then add aromatics, spices, shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Pour enough water to barely cover the pork belly, cover with a lid and simmer on low for 1.5 to 2 hours. You know the pork belly is ready when you can easily poke the skin with a chopstick. 7. Remove the aromatics and spices then raise the heat to medium high to reduce and thicken the sauce(3-4 minutes). 8. SOURDOUGH STARTER ✨ don’t be intimidated by recipes that call for grams + using a scale for all things sourdough there’s no need to overthink it if you’ve been wanting to make sourdough since everyone else did in 2020, don’t wait another second YOU NEED - all purpose flour - filtered water, warmed WHAT TO DO DAY ONE - add 1/2 c ap flour + 1/4 c warm water into a glass jar + stir it should resemble a thick paste (if needed add an extra tsp of water) cover loosely with a lid (i used parchment paper with a canning band to secure it) + store in a warm spot feed every 24 hours pro tip: add an elastic band around the jar, level with the sourdough + move each day - once it starts rising this will come in handy DAY TWO - repeat day one DAY THREE - repeat day one DAY FOUR - by now you should have a bubbly surface + it should smell sour, repeat day one DAY FIVE - repeat day one DAY SIX - has it started doubling? if so, discard half and repeat day one when it starts to double is where that elastic band comes in handy i also transferred mine to a larger jar at this point DAY SEVEN - you have your starter! repeat day one now you have the option to continue to feed everyday if you’re going to become a sourdough master OR, do what i did, and throw it in the fridge to feed once a week every week you’ll continue to discard half and then repeat day one and if you’re wondering what discard is, it’s the portion of your starter you remove before a feed and there are plenty of ways to use it! so don’t throw it away!!! be sure to LIKE + FOLLOW @wellnessrains for more easy, healthy recipes ❤️ • • • #health #wellness #holisticmotherhood #healthylifestyle #healthyfamily #sourdough #sourdoughstarter #sourdoughbread #sourdoughbaking #bread #breadmaking #baking #homemade #homestead #fromscratch #healthyrecipes #easyrecipes #recipevideo

Mapo Tofu Ingredients * 3 tbsp neutral oil * 1/2 lbs ground beef/pork * 1 inch knob ginger(minced) * 4 cloves garlic(minced) * 2 scallions(white portion sliced; save green portion for garnish) * 2 tbsp doubanjiang * 2 tsp Sichuan Chili flakes * 1-2 tsp Sichuan peppercorn powder * 2 tbsp shoaxing wine * 1 tsp soy sauce * 2 tsp sugar * 1/2 tsp white pepper * 2/3 cup chicken/beef stock * 1 lbs soft/silken tofu * 2 tsp cornstarch+3 tbsp water * 1 tsp sesame oil Instructions 1. Mince ginger and garlic and slice white portion of scallions. Make sure to slice and save green portion of scallions for garnish. 2. Drain and cut tofu into cubes. Simmer tofu in salted water for 2-3 minutes to firm up and set aside for later. 3. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat and sauté ground meat for 6-7 minutes. Cook until water evaporates and the fat starts to render and brown the mince. 4. Add the white portion of scallions, ginger, garlic, doubanjiang, Sichuan chili flakes, and Sichuan peppercorn powder. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until fragrant. 5. Deglaze with shaoxing wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes before seasoning with soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper. 6. Pour in stock, add tofu, and bring to a simmer. 7. Pour cornstarch slurry and gently mix until thickened. 8.
