Apple crumble pie🍂🥧🍏 Recipe: Ingredients -1 pie crust (I used @natashaskitchen recipe) -1 egg + 1 Tbsp water (for the egg wash) Apple filling -3 1/2 lbs or 10 cups apples, peeled and sliced -3 Tbsp unsalted butter (42g) -2 tsp cinnamon -1/8 tsp nutmeg -1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed (106g) -1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g) -2 Tbsp lemon juice -2 Tbsp all-purpose flour -1 Tbsp cornstarch -2 tsp vanilla Crumble -1 cup all-purpose flour (120g) -1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed (106g) -1/2 cup rolled oats or quick oats (50g) -2 tsp cinnamon -1/4 tsp salt -6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled (84g) Instructions For the pie crust: 1. Roll out the chilled pie crust into about a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a 9-inch pie dish and trim the edge of the dough or fold the excess under. Cover and refrigerate while you make the filling. For the apple filling: 1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the apples and give it a mix. 2. Add in granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until combined. Lower heat to medium-low and cook until the apples soften to your liking. 3. Add in vanilla, lemon juice, flour, and cornstarch. Cook until the juices have reduced and thickened, about 5-8 minutes. APPLE PIE BREAD PUDDING I said what I said — you need this 🍂 Recipe below OR go to my website through the link in my bio 🤎 #Recipe Details (8-10 servings): Ingredients: - 12 thick-cut slices of brioche bread or 12 brioche rolls, preferably dried out overnight, cut into 1” cubes - Optional: turbinado sugar, for topping Apple Pie Filling: - 1 3/4 lb apples of choice (~5 apples; I used a mixture of Gala and Granny Smith), peeled and diced - 4 tbsp salted butter - 2 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour @Bob’s Red Mill - 1 tsp apple pie spice @McCormick Spices - 3/4 cup brown sugar - 1/2 cup water Custard: - 1 cup milk of choice - 1 cup heavy cream - 1 1/2 tbsp salted butter - 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp granulated sugar - Pinch of salt - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tsp cinnamon - Optional: 1/2 tsp apple pie spice - 4 eggs, at room temp Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F. Then, sprinkle the top with turbinado sugar if desired. Baker 350F for 35-40 minutes on a baking sheet, until the top is golden and set, but still slightly wobbly when shaken. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and the juices from the apple pie filling. apple pie cookies 🍎🥧🍪 Apple Pie Filling: Peel and dice 2-3 apples (I used two really big ones so varies on the size). Add to a pan with 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat for 5 mins. Then add 1/4 c brown sugar, 1 tbsp cinnamon, the juice of one lemon& 1 tbsp of water. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Then add 1/2 tbsp cornstarch and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Assembly: Use a mason jar lid to cut out circles in store-bought pie dough. Roll out the scraps and cut into even strips (for the top layer). Add a scoop of apple pie filling to the mini pie circles. Top with the pie dough strips. Coat in egg wash. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Brown butter glaze: Brown 1/4 c butter over medium heat. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft. Then, beat in the sugar and salt. Mixing on low, add the eggs, one at a time. Then, beat in the heavy cream and vanilla. Assemble the cheesecake. Wrap the bottom of the cheesecake pan with 2 layers of foil. Pour 1/2 of the cheesecake mixture onto the crust, and gently top it with the apple pie filling. Top the apple filling with the other half of the cheesecake mixture. Then top with the crumble. Place the pan in the center of a 9x13” pan, and pour boiling water in until it reaches halfway up the cheesecake pan. Bake at 350F for 60-70 minutes, until the edges are set but the middle is a bit jiggly. Once done, open the oven door halfway and let it cool to room temperature for 1-2 hours. After cooled, wrap the cheesecake tightly, and place into the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to chill. Once ready to serve, make the salted caramel by mixing together all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Release the cheesecake from the pan, and drizzle with the salted caramel. Slice and serve. MINI APPLE CRUMBLE CHEESECAKE Everything about this 🤌 Recipe below OR go to my website through the link in my bio 🤎 #Recipe Details: Crust: - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs @Honey Maid - 5 tbsp salted butter, melted - 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar - 1/2 tsp cinnamon Apple Pie Filling: - 3 apples of choice (I used Granny Smith), peeled & sliced - 1/3 cup brown sugar, light or dark - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - Optional: 1/2 tsp apple pie spice @McCormick Spices - 2 tbsp water - 1 tbsp lemon juice - 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) salted butter - 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water Cheesecake: - 16oz cream cheese, at room temperature @Philly Cream Cheese - 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 1/4 tsp salt - 2 eggs, at room temperature - 1/4 cup heavy cream, at room temperature - 1 tsp vanilla extract Crumble: - 3 tbsp salted butter, melted - 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour @Bob’s Red Mill - 1/4 cup rolled oats - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 3 tbsp brown sugar Salted Caramel (Optional): - 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted - 1/4 cup smooth almond butter @Jem - 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp maple syrup - Pinch of salt Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F. Butter a 6” round cheesecake or springform pan, then line the bottom with a parchment paper circle. Set aside. Prepare the crust. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon, until all of the crumbs are coated with butter. Pour the crumbs into the prepared pan, pressing evenly and firmly all around the pan. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden. Remove and let cool to room temperature. Prepare the apple pie filling. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the butter, brown sugar, spices, water, and lemon juice. Mix until the butter is melted. Add the apples and mix. Cover and cook for ~10 minutes, until the apples are softened. Then, add the cornstarch/water mixture, and mix until well combined and the apple mixture is thickened. Set aside and cool. Prepare the crumble. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, oats, cinnamon, brown sugar, and melted butter until well combined and the mixture is crumbly. Set aside. Make the cheesecake filling. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft. Then, beat in the sugar and salt. Mixing on low, add the eggs, one at a time. Then, beat in the heavy cream and vanilla. Assemble the cheesecake. Wrap the bottom of the cheesecake pan with 2 layers of foil. Pour 1/2 of the cheesecake mixture onto the crust, and gently top it with the apple pie filling. Top the apple filling with the other half of the cheesecake mixture. Then top with the crumble. Place the pan in the center of a 9x13” pan, and pour boiling water in until it reaches halfway up the cheesecake pan. Bake at 350F for 60-70 minutes, until the edges are set but the middle is a bit jiggly. Once done, open the oven door halfway and let it cool to room temperature for 1-2 hours. After cooled, wrap the cheesecake tightly, and place into the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to chill. Once ready to serve, make the salted caramel by mixing together all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Release the cheesecake from the pan, and drizzle with the salted caramel. Slice and serve. Combine apples, butter, brown sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg and cinnamon in a medium sized pan over medium-low heat. Stir frequently until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. 2. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender when pierced with a fork. 3. Set aside to cool completely. For the cookies: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. 3. In a large bowl beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. 4. Add the egg and vanilla. Mix until combined. 5. Slowly fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. 6. Scoop the dough using a 3 tablespoon cookie scooper and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 9-12 minutes. Let the cookies cool for about 10 minutes on the baking sheet and then place on a cooling rack to completely cool before frosting. For the cream cheese frosting: 1. In a small bowl beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy. 2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until combined. 3. Add to a piping bag or ziploc bag and cut the tip off. Swirl the cream cheese on the cooled cookies. 4. KUCHEN DE MANZANA 🍎🥧FÁCIL, RICO Y CON MUCHO AMOR ❤️ Para la masa esponjosita de kuchen 👩🏻🍳 sirve para kuchen de nuez o el que se te ocurra Molde de 22 cm de diámetro 🥧 500 grs harina sin polvos 250 grs azúcar 1 cdta de polvos de hornear 80 grs mantequilla a temperatura ambiente 1 yema 150 ml de agua Para el relleno 3 manzanas o 600 gr de manzana en cubitos 65 gr de azúcar rubia 1 cdta de canela 20 gramos de maicena disuelta en 50 ml de agua Hornear la base a 180 grados, 10 minutos con peso arriba y 10 minutos sin peso o hasta que se vea cocida. Verte el relleno en la masa fría y decorar con la masa que te sobró, yo me agregue más harina hasta que pudiera hacer tiritas para decorar, pinté con yema con leche y lo horneé 10 minutos más a 180 grados ❤️ y listo!
