Got a good session in this weekend during my hockey tournament ✔️ Snow has pretty much melted and temperatures are getting warmer (which does feel really good to see summer right around the corner). The time I usually stay in the ice bath really varies depending on the temperature of the water. The goal is always to shock the body.
