Easy, filling and high protein chocolate chia pudding recipe to meal prep for breakfast💪🏼🍫 I am such a fan of meal prep for breaky as I am so busy trying to get myself and 2 kids organised in the morning before we head off for daycare/work so anything that I can just grab & eat is amazing in my books and if it’s high protein and delicious, it’s a solid 10! Ingredients: 3 tbsp chia seeds 3 tbsp (20g) vanilla protein powder (I used my brand Designed By Dietitians: the Pre & Probiotic blend because it tastes amazing and has such quality ingredients) 1 tsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp (20g) peanut butter 1/2 cup milk Handful raspberries 1 tbsp pepitas Rough nutrition for those that want it: 460 cals, 34g P, 27g C, 27g F & 16g fibre 🔥 What other recipes do you want to see me make?

Viral breakfast tortilla quiche bake 😍 This takes 5 minutes to prep & 12-15 mins to cook (you can get ready for work while it cooks) so there’s no excuse not to eat a nourishing breaky! 😎 Simply use: 1 large tortilla or wholegrain wrap 2 large eggs Goats cheese (optional) Tomatoes Mushrooms Spinach Cheddar Cheese Season to taste (I used salt, pepper, Italian herbs & chilli flakes 🔥) Bake in the oven at 190C for 12-15 mins until brown & cooked through. Allow to cool slightly. Tips: if you want a further protein boost, sub the goats cheese for cottage cheese💪🏼 Should I review more trending recipes? 😎

No chocolate was harmed in the making of this video 😉🍫 Remember, health is all about balance. True health includes your physical and mental health too✨ Over indulging is normal, don’t beat yourself up. Try your best to practice mindful eating and be kind to yourself if and when you do overeat. It’s just one weekend out of 52 for the year, you’ll be ok 🫶🏼

I bet you didn’t know you could make delicious hot cross buns in your air fryer?!? 😍 This does take a little time to make (as you need to let the dough rise twice) but the beauty is you know exactly what goes into them & in 12 minutes, they’re cooked to perfection in your air fryer & they make the house smell AMAZING🐰🤩 I made 12 mini hot cross buns & the sugar content is quite low per bun which is ideal if you’re also enjoying your chocolate this easter 🍫😉 Ingredients: 2 tsp instant dry yeast 1/4 cup caster sugar 2 1/4 cups plain bread & pizza flour 2 tsp mixed spice 1/4 tsp salt 2/3 cup sultanas 25g butter, melted 1/2 cup milk, warmed 2 free range eggs, lightly beaten Method: 1. Place 1/4 cup warm water in a jug. Sprinkle over yeast and 1 tsp only of the caster sugar, then stir until dissolved. Set aside in a warm place for 5 minutes or until frothy. 2. Place 2 cups flour in a large bowl. Add mixed spice, salt and the remaining sugar. Whisk to combine. Stir through the sultanas. Make a well. Add yeast mixture, butter, milk and eggs. 3. Stir mixture until well combined and a sticky dough has formed. Cover with a clean damp tea towel. Set dough aside in a warm, draught-free place for 90 minutes or until it has doubled in size. 4. Punch dough down and turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Shape dough into an even log. Divide dough into 12 portions. Working with 1 portion at a time, shape into a ball. Place 6 balls into a lined air-fryer basket. Repeat with remaining portions in similar sized lined container. Cover both the air-fryer basket & the second container with a clean tea towel and set aside in a warm, draught-free place for 1 hour or until risen. 5. Place remaining flour in a small bowl. Add 2 tbs water and stir until a paste forms. Pipe crosses on top of buns. 6. Bake the first 6 buns in air fryer at 160°C for 12 minutes or until brown. Stand for 10 minutes. Carefully remove buns from air fryer and transfer to a wire rack. Repeat cooking process for the remaining 6 buns. Serve hot cross buns warm. Enjoy 🐰✨
