Resepi Pulut Kuning & Rendang Daging #kongsibersama Sempena aidilfitri ni, saya nak share resepi yg confirm laku keras time raya iaitu Pulut Kuning & Rendang Daging. Cara memasak yang biasa saya ada explain di bawah.Boleh scroll down. Dalam resepi ni , saya menggunakan Ninja Foodi 11-in-1 Smart Lid Multi Cooker. Kuih yang saya takut nak buat, tapi dah jumpa resepi yg tak renyah #kongsibersama #kongsiselera Kuih ni antara kuih yang saya takut nak buat, tapi finally saya jumpa resepi yang tak renyah dan menjadi. Sedap, lembut dan mudah! Jom buat kuih serimuka pandan. Bahan-bahan : Lapisan pulut : 250g beras pulut (rendam 30 minit) 150ml santan pekat + 150ml air 1 1/3 sudu teh garam 1 helai daun pandan Lapisan pandan : ¾ cawan (98g) tepung gandum 3/4 cawan (150g) gula pasir 1 sudu besar tepung jagung 2 sudu besar tepung ubi 1/2 sudu kecil garam 1 biji telur 1 1/2 cawan (375ml) santan pekat atau santan kotak biasa 1/2 cawan (125ml) air + 3 helai daun pandan 4-5 titik pewarna hijau Cara memasak : Layer pulut : Campurkan semua bahan-bahan dan kukus dengan api besar selama 30 minit. Layer pandan : Campurkan semua bahan-bahan dan masak atas dapur dengan api sederhana kecil selama 1-2 minit. Lepastu tuang atas lapisan pulut dan kukus dengan api sederhana kuat selama 40-45 minit. (Lapik penutup periuk kukus supaya wap air tak jatuh atas permukaan kuih). ..................................................................... english recipe// Ingredients: Glutinous layer: 250g glutinous rice (soak 30 minutes) 150ml coconut cream + 150ml water 1 1/3 teaspoons salt 1 pandan leaf Pandan layer: ¾ cup (98g) wheat flour 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg 1 1/2 cups (375ml) coconut milk or canned coconut milk 1/2 cup (125ml) water + 3 pandan leaves 4-5 dots of green food colouring Cooking method : Glutinous layer: Mix all the ingredients and steam over high heat for 30 minutes. Pandan layer: Mix all the ingredients and cook on the stove with a medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes. Then pour over a layer of glutinous rice and steam it on medium high heat for 40-45 minutes. (Line the lid of the steamer so that the steam does not fall on the surface of the cake).
