Sausage Rigatoniš macros: cals ā¢ 485 carbs ā¢ 46g protein ā¢ 33g fat ā¢ 18g ingredients: ā¢5g light butter ā¢65g dry rigatoni ā¢2 low calorie sausages (I used @musclefood.ie chicken sausages - EMMA10 for Ā£Ā£ off) ā¢30g lightest @philadelphia_uki ā¢1/2 tsp garlic ā¢1 stock cube ā¢15g Parmesan recipe: ā¢put the rigatoni on to boil and cook according to the packet instructions. ā¢Heat a large frying pan with your butter then add in your garlic, salt, pepper and mixed herbs. ā¢Cut your sausages apart and remove them from the casing they are in (just peel it off) and cook through in the pan with the garlic. ā¢Mix your stock cube with boiling water and stir. ā¢Once the sausage is cooked, add the stock to the pan along with the cream cheese and stir. ā¢When the pasta is cooked, rinse and add to the same pan and mix everything together. ā¢Top with the parmesan and enjoy!! #easyrecipe #lowcalorie #easydinnerideas #fyp #weightloss #food
