alright it’s been 7 months i’ll post again full recipe: 2.5 lbs flank steak aka rump roast lmao slice into large steaks or, if you want more sear, smaller chunks. spray with a light layer of oil and then salt liberally. place in a searing hot pan and cook for a few minutes on each sound until brown. for the first 2 steaks, pour in a half cup to a cup of beef bone broth. turn heat down to medium high and cook until the internal temperature is at least 135 degrees. do the same with the next 2 steaks. chop into small chunks and store in fridge while prepping the rest of the recipe. cut up tomatillos, shallots, jalapeños, anaheim peppers, garlic, and ginger then place into baking pan. spray with a light coat of oil and place into an oven at 350 degrees for an hour, stirring occasionally. once cooked, salt and blend until you get a thick verde consistency. wash and cook jasmine rice. place the cooked rice into a large bowl and mix with chopped cilantro, salt, and lime. place the beef, green sauce, and mixed rice into Xtreme wellness wraps with nonfat sour cream and low fat cheese.
