Healthy Raspberry Yogurt Bark🩷 This is such a fun and yummy snack idea for spring☀️ • More healthy recipes in my Ebook which has 100 easy recipes, link in my profile🥰 • For two servings: 3/4 cup / 3.5 oz. raspberries (180 ml /100 g) 1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml / 250g) 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey, to taste • toppings: 2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate, melted handful of raspberries 2 tablespoons crushed pistachios* (replace with pecans if you're on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet) • 1. Mash the raspberries. Add the yogurt and sweetener and stir 2. Spread the mixture onto a cutting board / plate lined with parchment paper 3. Add the toppings 4. Let set in the freezer for about 2 hours 5. Cut into pieces 6. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer 7. Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes 2. Blended Chocolate Chia Pudding with Magic Shell😍 If you aren’t the biggest fan of the texture of chia pudding, you have to try this out! It’s so creamy, chocolaty and yummy😋 • Ingredients for two servings: 4 tablespoons chia seeds 1 cup milk of choice (240 ml) 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • toppings: 2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts) 2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate, melted crushed peanuts berries/fruit of choice • 1. Mix the chia seeds, milk, cacao powder, sweetener and vanilla extract together 2. Let sit for 20 minutes. Then pour it into a blender and mix until creamy 3. Pour into two glasses or jars 4. Let set in the fridge for two hours or overnight 5. Top the glasses/jars with peanut butter and melted dark chocolate. Let the magic shell set in the fridge.
