I’m basically Salt (& Vinegar Chips) Bae 🧂❤️🔥 [~170 cals ] - The first time I tried to make these I made them in the microwave and they turned out AWFUL so please don’t do that LOL 😂 - ✰ 1 medium russet potato ✰ vinegar ✰ sea salt for topping 1. Slice potatoes into thin slices (I used setting between thinnest and med on mandolin) 2. Soak sliced potatoes in ice bath for 15 min. 3. In a pot, add water and vinegar (I did water half vinegar) and bring to a boil. 4. Boil potatoes for 5 minutes. 5. Air fry on 400F for 10 min or until golden; bake at 450F for 20 min or until golden. 6. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy! - Whole recipe: 170 cals 0g fat 37g carbs 4g protein fit is @DFYNE

Im glad it did because it turned out insane 🤩🤩 (Cookie) ✰ 1/2 cup Greek yogurt ✰ 1/3 cup monkfruit ✰ 1 egg ✰ 1 tsp cake batter extract ✰ 1/4 cup oat flour ✰ 3 tbsp coconut flour ✰ 1 scoop @1upnutrition protein in birthday cake (code fitfoodie 💖) ✰ 1/2 tsp baking soda ✰ pinch salt (Frosting) ✰ 1 cup Greek yogurt ✰ 1/3 scoop 1UP protein in birthday cake (code fitfoodie 💖) ✰ 1/4 cup powdered monkfruit (Cookie dough) ✰ 1 tbsp Greek yogurt ✰ 1-2 tsp monkfruit ✰ 1 tbsp 1UP protein ✰ 1-2 tbsp oat flour ✰ 1 tbsp choc chips (1/2 for dough, 1/2 for topping) 1. Preheat oven to 350 F 2. Mix cookie ingredients and using ice cream scoop, scoop dough into balls. 3. Bake for about 10-13 min or until set. 4. Mix frosting ingredients. 5. This is the recipe I make when I don’t know what I want to eat LOL! It is one of my favs from my fast food cookbook and honestly of all time 🤩 - Recipe: (Chicken) ✰ 16 oz chicken ✰ 1/3 cup corn starch or flour (I did half and half) ✰ seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper) ✰ 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (Orange sauce) ✰ 8 oz lite orange juice ✰ 2 tbsp rice vinegar ✰ 2-3 tbsp monkfruit ✰ 1 Tbsp corn starch mixed with 1/2 cup water ✰ 3 tbsp soy sauce ✰ 2 garlic cloves ✰ ginger, salt, and pepper to taste 1. Preheat air fryer to 400F (or oven to 450) 2. Cut chicken into cubes, add Greek yogurt and spices and combine well. 3. Coat pieces in corn starch/flour mixture well and air fry for 12-15 min or until crispy and cooked through. 4. Combine sauce ingredients on pan on med-high heat until sauce thickens. 5. Add chicken to sauce and combine. 6. Serving with rice and broccoli if desired and enjoy! - Nutrition: (1/4 servings) 170 cals 2g fat 16g carbs 25g protein
