Surf & Turf Risotto Risotto is a very budget friendly meal. Once you learn the technique it’s very simple to make. Ingredients: Arborio Rice White Wine Shrimp Shrimp Stock (or stock of your choice) 1/2 Onion 1-3 Garlic Cloves Mushroom of your choice Shrimp • Sauté your onions until translucent. • Add your mushrooms sauté for 3-4 min • Toast your rice for 4-5 min • Deglaze with wine. Completely reduce the wine. • Add the shrimp stock ladle by ladle. Reduce completely. Continuously stir rice to release the starch. • When rice is al dente add butter or cream (You could also add parmesan cheese)
