Date night at home with Castello’s “Tickler Your Senses” blindfolded cheese tasting where we paired seven cheeses with seven sensorial elements designed to heighten our senses! 🧀 If you’re looking for Valentine’s Day ideas, this was such a fun way to elevate a cheeseboard complemented with ASMR, mists, a whisper and a kiss as we tasted some favourites & tried some new cheeses focusing on the the taste, texture, aroma and sound of each bite. I loved the sharpness of Castello’s Tickler, an aged cheddar, & the intensity of the Danish Blue, while Nico’s top picks were the sweet & creamy Taste Hawaii & the smooth Aged Havarti.
