Lamb stew 🐑 (i know the video has lots of smoke 😭💔but enjoy anyway) Ingredients: 2 Ibs of bone in Lamb 2 tbsp oil 1/2 of a large onion diced 5 minced garlic cloves 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 tbsp vinegar 1 cup of apple juice 1/4 cup flour 32oz Beef broth (I used low sodium) 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 cup of water 1 rosemary sprig 1.5 lbs of potatoes, cut into thirds. Carrots (as much as vou'd like) Salt and black pepper to taste Begin by removing the excess fat from your lamb and cleaning it. Then place a large pot on medium-high heat. Once the pot is hot, add in your lamb pieces. Salt and pepper the lamb generously. Allow the lamb to sear on all sides for about 5 minutes per side. Then remove the lamb pieces from the heat and place them in a large bowl for later use. In the same pot, lower the heat to medium-low. Then add in your oil and onions. Sauté your onions until soft (around 5-6 minutes). Add in your garlic and tomato paste and mix everything together for about 2 minutes. Then add in your apple juice, vinegar, and flour. Mix everything well whilst also scraping the bottom of your pan (that's where all the flavor is). Add the lamb and any juices that are in the bowl to the pot. Stir the meat into everything already in the pot. Then proceed to add in your beef broth, water, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, and more salt and pepper. Make sure to stir it all together and let the stew come to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer whilst covered for 25 minutes. After that, add in your potatoes and carrots. (At this point you can taste the stew and see if it needs more salt & pepper) Cover it again and simmer for another 50 minutes. Once the time is up, your potatoes and carrots should be soft, and your sauce should have thickened! Serve with white rice and Enjoy ;)
