Don’t wait until you look a certain way to be proud of yourself!! Change should come from a place of LOVE and respect for your body and all it can do for you! Fitness tip for my mamas out there! Avoid low back pain by fixing your anterior pelvic tilt! It’s the same concept as when you’re lifting weights. We don’t want that low back to arch. Think “belly button to spine” and core engaged! Next time you’re holding your child, try this!
