I couldnât even do a single body weighted lunge when starting my weight loss journey.. Now here I am doing doing cross over bulgarian split squats with a jump to just add a little spice. The thing is I didnât get here from playing it safe and easy - I got here from working my ass off and getting uncomfortable. I didnât know how to weight train when starting and I took it day by day until I got to a place where I could move my body in ways I NEVER couldâve imagined. Itâs hard but itâs FUN - itâs uncomfortable but WORTH IT. No matter what your workouts look like just as long as they stay challenging and you stay focused on increasing your abilities thatâs all that matters. đĽ LETS GET TO IT - do all these workouts for 3 sets of 8-10 reps with 60 second rest after completing your supersets. NO REST BETWEEN SUPERSETS. It was through his unconditional love that I discovered one of the best life lessons I couldâve ever learned. My body is by far the least interesting thing about me EVEN STILL after losing 120lbs and launching a well known fitness program my body still takes the back seat in what makes me.. ME.đ But thatâs not just for me babe, thatâs for you as well. Sure your mind or even social media every day all day will convince you that on the other side of a âperfect bodyâ is a life full of happiness, love and butterflies but let me reassure you thatâs definitely not the case. Your happiness comes from good company, good health and good intentions. Not from a low number on a scale, smaller pant size or more options in a clothing store. So stop spending every second of every day picking yourself apart in the mirror, holding yourself back from finding your person or doing the things you know will bring YOU joy in your life. Change is already hard as it is and if youâre on your journey bashing yourself through it all then babe it makes it almost impossible to make it to the end.
