Focaccia, keep reading for recipe ⬇️ ‼️ URGENT: there is a link in my bio to help @doaa_sulaiman19 her story is in my last video: @Wemo | 🇹🇳 ‼️ Note: I saw the stuffing technique from @_lacebakes_ and decided to implement it in this recipe. Turned out even better than usual 🫶🏻🥰 For the dough: - 350g warm water - 5g instant yeast - 5g honey - 1 tsp salt - 440g all purpose flour - 78ml olive oil (divided) - Thyme For the filling: - 2 garlic heads - 2 tsp olive oil - 100g shredded mozzarella cheese To top: - 1/3 cup honey - 1 tsp chili flakes - 2 tsp harissa For the flowers and “mushrooms”: - Mozzarella cheese - Peppers 1. In a bowl whisk the water, honey, 15ml olive oil, and instant yeast. Add the flour and salt, mix until a dough forms. 2. Gather the dough into a rough ball and place it in a greased bowl ( use 20ml olive oil for the bowl ). Cover with plastic film and refrigerate for 24 hours. (yes I said 24 hours. Idc if you’re inpatient LISTEN TO MY INSTRUCTIONS 😭🫵) 3. Once the dough has risen, do a set of stretch and folds and form the dough into a ball. 4. grease a 25x25cm pan with 30ml of olive oil and place the dough inside. Stretch it out into a rectangle and top with roasted garlic cloves + cheese. Fold each side to seal, pinch it shut, and flip it upside down. Note: cut the tops of your garlic cloves off and top with 1 tsp of olive oil each. Cover with foil then air fry at 400F until golden brown. 5. After stuffing the dough, cover with plastic film and allow to proof in a warm environment for 4 hours. ( yes I said 4 hours. COPE ) 6. Top with dough with another 10 ml of olive oil and dimple it. Use your oily fingers to coat the thyme then add it to the focaccia. 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 40 mins. Add the flower shaped cheese / peppers and bake for another 5 minutes. ( the flowers are optional) 8. Cook the honey, harissa and chilli flakes until it turns into a nice red colour. Cookie dough cake recipe 🤎⬇️ Hellokitty cup, Kuromi bowl, & Sanrio bottle are from @Silver Buffalo 💕 For the cake: ❥ 55g whole milk ❥ 55g vegetable oil ❥ 55g sifted cake flour (make sure your flour isn’t old) ❥ 3 eggs (separated) ❥ 50g granulated sugar For the edible cookie dough: ❥ 45g all purpose flour ❥ 55g unsalted melted butter ❥ 60g brown sugar ❥ 10ml vanilla ❥ Chocolate chips For the chocolate whipped cream: ❥ 250g cold heavy cream (35%) ❥ 30g powered sugar ❥ 15g unsweetened cocoa powder ❥ 5ml vanilla Instructions: 1. Separate 3 eggs, preheat your oven to 335F and line a 25x25cm pan with parchment paper. 2. Whisk the milk & oil. Add the cake flour & mix well then add the egg yolks. Mix until combined. 3. In a separate CLEAN BOWL, whisk the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add the sugar and continue whisking until it reaches soft peaks. 4. Add 1/3 of the meringue into the egg yolk mixture and whisk until combined. Add the rest of the meringue and fold until combined. 5. Bake for 20 minutes. Immediately invert onto a piece of parchment paper. 6. Peel off the parchment paper that you baked the cake on. Allow to cool for 8 minutes then cut out 4 cake layers using a hello kitty cookie cutter Note: you can find the hello kitty cookie cutter on Temu. It comes with a face stamp. 7. Transfer the cake layers on a new piece of parchment paper and set aside. 1. For the cookie dough: Cook the flour in a pan one medium low heat until it reaches 160F. Allow to cool. Combinethe butter, brown sugar, salt and vanilla then add the flour, and chocolate chips. Mix until a dough forms. (Refrigerate until needed) 10. For the whipped cream: whisk the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla and cocoa powder until stiff peaks. 11. Assembly: Place 1 cake layer in the bottom of the hello kitty cake mold. Pipe a layer of the whipped cream then add the cookie dough to the centre and cover with more whipped cream. Add the final cake layer then refrigerate for 10 mins. Carefully remove the mold and use a small offset spatula to smooth out the sides. 12.
