Cookie dough cake recipe 🤎⬇️ Hellokitty cup, Kuromi bowl, & Sanrio bottle are from @Silver Buffalo 💕 For the cake: ❥ 55g whole milk ❥ 55g vegetable oil ❥ 55g sifted cake flour (make sure your flour isn’t old) ❥ 3 eggs (separated) ❥ 50g granulated sugar For the edible cookie dough: ❥ 45g all purpose flour ❥ 55g unsalted melted butter ❥ 60g brown sugar ❥ 10ml vanilla ❥ Chocolate chips For the chocolate whipped cream: ❥ 250g cold heavy cream (35%) ❥ 30g powered sugar ❥ 15g unsweetened cocoa powder ❥ 5ml vanilla Instructions: 1. Separate 3 eggs, preheat your oven to 335F and line a 25x25cm pan with parchment paper. 2. Whisk the milk & oil. Add the cake flour & mix well then add the egg yolks. Mix until combined. 3. In a separate CLEAN BOWL, whisk the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add the sugar and continue whisking until it reaches soft peaks. 4. Add 1/3 of the meringue into the egg yolk mixture and whisk until combined. Add the rest of the meringue and fold until combined. 5. Bake for 20 minutes. Immediately invert onto a piece of parchment paper. 6. Peel off the parchment paper that you baked the cake on. Allow to cool for 8 minutes then cut out 4 cake layers using a hello kitty cookie cutter Note: you can find the hello kitty cookie cutter on Temu. It comes with a face stamp. 7. Transfer the cake layers on a new piece of parchment paper and set aside. 1. For the cookie dough: Cook the flour in a pan one medium low heat until it reaches 160F. Allow to cool. Combinethe butter, brown sugar, salt and vanilla then add the flour, and chocolate chips. Mix until a dough forms. (Refrigerate until needed) 10. For the whipped cream: whisk the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla and cocoa powder until stiff peaks. 11. Assembly: Place 1 cake layer in the bottom of the hello kitty cake mold. Pipe a layer of the whipped cream then add the cookie dough to the centre and cover with more whipped cream. Add the final cake layer then refrigerate for 10 mins. Carefully remove the mold and use a small offset spatula to smooth out the sides. 12.
