Spend an afternoon with us. 🫶🏽✨ Sharing my Goat Cheese Pasta Salad recipe below! 🥗 - ▪️1 bunch of asparagus, chopped into bite sized pieces ▪️6 oz of your fave pasta, cooked according to package ▪️2 shallots, chopped ▪️1 tbsp olive oil ▪️1/3 cup toasted pine nuts ▪️4 oz goat cheese ▪️4 cups arugula ▪️salt and pepper to taste Dressing ▪️2 tbsp white wine vinegar ▪️1 tbsp maple syrup ▪️1 tbsp Dijon mustard ▪️1/3 cup olive oil ▪️salt and pepper to taste 👉🏽Sauté 1 chopped shallot in a pan until golden and caramelized.
