Beef Pho anyone 😍 (serves 2) 290cal - 26g carbs - 30g protein - 4g sugar - 15g fibre - 14g fat Ingredients: - 1 Packs of Eat Water Slim Noodles - 1 white onion cut in quarters - 1/2 tsp chopped ginger - 500ml beef stock - 1/4 tsp ground cumin - 1 tbsp fish sauce - 200g meatballs (made from beef) - To garnish: - Coriander - Spring Onions - Bean sprouts Method: 1. Place a large pot over a medium heat, add the onions and ginger. Cook for around 5 minutes sitting occasionally 2. Add the stock, coriander, fish sauce and some cracked pepper, bring slowly to boil and simmer for around 15 minutes, add the meatballs and finish cookies for further 15 minutes 3. Drain and heat your noodles in a microwave and serve in two bowls 4.
