Unless your front delts are a weak point You probably don’t need to isolate them much with front raises 🙅♂️ See if you already have a lot of pressing movements in your routine like a flat press, an incline press and a shoulder press And you’re pressing 2-3x per week 🔁 Your front delts are getting plenty of volume 🔊 Hammering them with front raises on top of that is likely unnecessary #bodybuilding #gymtips #workoutroutine #shoulderworkout #delts #hypertrophytraining

Sleeping les reduces fat loss and increases muscle loss according to this study. Both groups lost a similar amount of weight when they were getting adequate sleep vs being sleep deprived.. But the sleep deprived group lost 2.4 kg lean mass and only 0.6 kg fat. The group that got adequate sleep lost 1.5 kg lean mass and 1.4 kg fat. Training, nutrition, sleep.
